Holly Hubsher is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and accomplished film and television producer. 

Most recently, Hubsher served as Senior Vice President of Development & Production at Bay Mills Studios, the production banner founded by Golden Globe nominee Stephan James (If Beale Street Could Talk) and Shamier Anderson (John Wick: Chapter 4). In this role, she  oversaw and managed their first look deal with financier Boat Rocker ("Orphan Black") by setting up ten scripted projects, five non-scripted projects, and advancing a robust feature film portfolio. A proven seller, Hubsher engineered a highly competitive multi-studio bidding war culminating in a series sale to Netflix, alongside a premium unscripted sale to Apple.

Throughout her tenure, she has packaged projects and collaborated with top-tier talent and filmmakers, including Will Smith, Jordan Peele, the Obamas, Gina Rodriguez, Gabrielle Union, Noah Centineo, Debbie Allen, Barry Sonnenfeld, Conrad Vernon, and Morgan Cooper.

Prior to Bay Mills, Hubsher was a key executive at global film and television financier Anton, where she oversaw a premium commercial slate. Her portfolio included the psychological thriller Mothers’ Instinct (Neon) starring Jessica Chastain and Anne Hathaway, the action-thriller Canary Black (Amazon) starring Kate Beckinsale, the COVID PVOD hit Greenland (STX) starring Gerard Butler, David Bruckner's Sundance critical darling The Night House (Searchlight), and the horror thriller Choose or Die (Netflix). She also served as Executive Producer on the AGBO-produced horror-thriller All Fun and Games, starring Natalia Dyer and Asa Butterfield.

Prior to her time at Anton, she was at Universal Pictures, where she contributed to the development of major intellectual properties like Wicked and Dear Evan Hansen, while working across production and post-production on box office hits Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, Night School, and Fifty Shades Freed.

A New York native, Hubsher launched her career in the Motion Picture Literary department at WME after graduating from the University of Southern California (USC).
