Who we are

Holly Hubsher is a Forbes 30 under 30 honoree for Hollywood & Entertainment and is currently building her own company. As Senior Vice President of Development & Production, Holly Hubsher ran Golden Globe nominee Stephan James (IF BEALE STREET COULD TALK, "Homecoming”, "Surface") and Shamier Anderson ("Invasion," BRUISED, JOHN WICK 4)'s Bay Mills Studios and oversaw their growing slate by setting up ten scripted projects with their financier Boat Rocker (ORPHAN BLACK), five non-scripted projects with Matador Content (PRETTY BABY), and developed numerous features. She sold a show to Netflix in a competitive situation and a non-scripted show to Apple. She brought on and worked with creatives like Morgan Cooper ("Bel-Air"), Oscar Nominated Virgil Williams (MUDBOUND, A JOURNAL FOR JORDAN), Conrad Vernon (SAUSAGE PARTY), Barry Sonnenfeld (MEN IN BLACK), Brad Furman (LINCOLN LAWYER), Adam Mervis (21 BRIDGES), JD DILLARD (DEVOTION), Craft & Fain (“The 100”), Gina Rodriguez, Will Smith, Debbie Allen, Noah Centineo, Gab Union, Jordan Peele, and the Obamas. Prior to BMS, Holly was at the film/tv financier Anton where she helped oversee the Jessican Chastain/Anne Hathaway thriller MOTHERS INSTINCT (Neon), the Kate Becksinale action CANARY BLACK (Amazon), the PVOD hit GREENLAND starring Gerard Butler, the Sundance darling THE NIGHT HOUSE, and the Netflix horror acquisition, CHOOSE OR DIE. She is an Executive Producer on the AGBO produced horror movie starring Natalia Dyer and Asa Butterfield, ALL FUN AND GAMES. Before Anton, Holly was at Universal Pictures where she was involved with development on projects like DEAR EVAN HANSEN and WICKED and worked on production and post-production for MAMMA MIA 2, NIGHT SCHOOL and FIFTY SHADES FREED. The New York native started her career at WME in the Motion Picture Literary department after graduating from USC.
